Who was the worst dress at the VMA's 2011?

                   This was a little to tight for Vanessa Hudgens, she is

              skinny with a great body but this was way to tight like she

              couldn't move. I don't like the hair or accessories it was 

              like she was back in the 1920's.

                 Katie Mckee what were you thinking? I don't even know

              what this outfit was with all the dangling accessories, it 

             was so tight and it was NUDE! I don't know what this is.. 

              nothing to say.

                  Is Mika Newton trying to be a gold mermaid? This was

               a very tight dress that didn't even go around the whole 

               body. Her hair is all over and the dress looks like scales. 

               LADY GAGA WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? I know you are

           trying to do better then last year with the meat dress... 

           but really your decision was looking like a guy? Yea she 

           played it well but it became annoying. And I wanted to 

           see actually Lady Gaga not a guy.

               Miley Cyrus's dress was like she was in the forest at night,

           with trees on her dress.. I dont know what she was thinking.

           Once again this dress was to tight I think for Miley.

                    Everyone except Snooki looked awful at the VMA's, 

                 all the dresses were to short and to tight. They wore 

                these dresses thinking they were going to the club 

                instead of VMA's.

                WHAT WERE YOU THINKING NIKKI MINAJ!? I don't even 

             know what this was.. literally what is on the dress and the

             tail. This was the worst dress for sure. AWFUL!

The theme seems like everything was to tight or to short..

Who was the best dressed at MTV Video Music Awards?

                       I think Beyonce looked absolutely gorgeous in

                     this orange dress. It was nice to see Beyonce

                     in a non-tight dress..it's different..and I love it.

                     And it fit her well espicially due to her being

                     pregnant. The hair looks great, I think she looks

                     stunning. Good for her and Jay-z to having a baby.

                I love Britney Spears! She is my all-time favorite singer

            and I think she looks great in this outfit. It is different

           from a regular dress and I think Britney can pull the tight

           black jump suit off with the black belt..LOVE IT!

                    I think Demi Lovato looks sexy in the silver tight

              dress. She looks a lot better then she did at the Teen

             Choice Awards, I love the style and color of the dress.

           The way her hair flows with the dress.. she looks stunning.

I think this dress looks great on Snooki's new thinner body. I love the color and design of the dress and I think she looks amazing in this dress.

                     This is not my favorite dress but I think with Kim's

                  curve she can pull it off. She looks very pretty but is

                  the dress a little to tight? No one else could come

                 close to pulling this off besides Kim because of her

                  gorgeous curves.

                      This is just a simple dress and outfit that it is

               adorable. I love the way it fits Katie Holmes and I

               love the design...this is a great dress.

                    I love this simple green dress that Maria Menounos
              is wearing. I love the straps on the dress and how it
              gets darker on the top. This dress looks stunning on her.

                   I don't know why but I love this dress and it        

               could be my favorite of the night. I think this is

               so different from everyone else, the color is stunning

              and I love the lace on the arm. This dress fits Katy

               perfect and I love it.



People will see even higher prices on clothes for back to school?

         Yes it is true that people will see higher prices with clothes in retail stores, it is the big trend this season. Stores are trying to disguise that you are paying more for clothing items in ways such as; using less fabric and calling it the new look, using cheap stitching, and buttons will be cheaper. Rumor has it that retailers are rising their prices 10 percent for all clothing items to help pay for labor and fabric. Stores are trying to trick you to make you think you aren't spending more;hike the prices up and then have a sale on them so you think you are spending less. The last two decades the retailers have kept the prices down but it is going to change especially in the second half of the year it can rise 10 to 20 percent. Stores "are treading the line between style, quality and price". Some stores are adding embellishments to the clothing (additional stitching, fancy tags and fake button hole) that is to a penny extra or dollar extra and the costumers are being charged $10 extra. The owner of a Lingerie shop is realizing the underwear and mini dresses are becoming skimpier because they are trying to use less fabric and to top it all off the underwear is 5 dollars more then last year. In Ambercombie and Fitch, they are calling their new line of jeans softer with a good stretch-"Redesigned of 2012". These jeans are $78-$88, which is $10 more then what they cost right now, even though there will be less material on them. The new jeans are thinner and is a cheaper quality. Watch out for this increase that will start in september.

How much is to much (in prints)?

     How much is too much when it comes to zebra, leopard or cheetah print?

 I think a simple cheetah or zebra dress could be very cute 

or very elegant. 

                     A very cute printed cardigan over a black or color 
                   tank top with jeans and heels; adorable outfit.

                 CHEETAH?LEOPARD HEELS!? Love them and can go

             with cheetah sweater, cardigan, shirt or just plain black

             shirt. I think everyone should have cheetah heels in their 

            closet, they are sexy and great for a night out. 

                           I think a regular cheetah/leopard shirt is very cute, 

              you just have to make sure that the print isn't to 

              overwhelming. The bigger the print the more obnoxious

              it looks, the smaller the print the better it looks. Also 

              smaller prints will make you look smaller while bigger 

              prints will make you look bigger.

                              I just love this outfit! I love the hat that matches

                  the shirt perfectly (make sure if you want to do two 

                 different articles of clothing with cheetah it's close to 

                 the same print). The white skirt looks adorable with this 

                  outfit.

                       I don't even know what this is.. all I know is this

                isn't fashion. She is a tiny girl and the dress is like 5 

                sizes to big and you can barely see her body. The 

               shoes I don't even know what she is thinking, its not 

               the 1980's socks with heels? I don't even know..

                      I have never seen a giraffe jump suit before and like 
            I said if you want to go all out cheetah.. MAKE SURE YOUR
           PRINTS MATCH!! Paris is wearing that ugly giraffe jump suit 
          but then is carrying a black and white cheetah bag? This are 
          outfits that you want to never be caught it. Fashion NO NO!

Gap in the headlines again: Mannequins to skinny?

             There has been complaints about how the mannequins look anorexic at GAP stores lately. I have noticed that every time I go to the stores at the mall the mannequins do look skinnier and skinnier. I don't mind them looking skinny or an average person because they want the outfit portrayed as what they want the outfit to actually look like BUT having them being anorexic does not show off the outfits well. I think it is ridiculous when they put a small or medium shirt or pant on the mannequin and they have to put safety pins in the back to make the shirt/pant tighter because it was so large before. Some stores the mannequins aren't average but they aren't anorexic either and I still enjoy looking at the outfits on the mannequin. Seeing them on a non-anorexic mannequin shows me what it could look on myself. I think its wrong having mannequins so small because everyone especially teenagers feel like they have to look a specific way due to pictures on magazines and the celebrities/models. We some times don't feel comfortable in stores in the first place and when you walk in and see a mannequin that is 7 sizes smaller then you, you don't feel as comfortable. My personal feeling what is yours?

Who is the new duo pair in fashion?

        The new fashion duo pair is Gap and Valentino in creating a womanswear collection that will debut in November. Valentinos creative designers (Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli) took Gap's clothing into the fashion house's aesthetic. Chuiri and Piccioli told WWD that they are excited to put Gap and Valentino together because it puts luxury and basic together, making the clothing trendy. The president of Gap Europe is thrilled to be welcomed by the house of Valentino because of the Italy's fashion heritage that they have and the designers are very modern and will have a fresh take on women's style. This collection will hit the big fashion cities such as Milan, London and Paris but unfortunately not in the United States. I think this is incredibly that a fashion chain store (Gap) combines with a couture but trendy Valentino designs. I hope that some day this will come to America to bring this fashion couture to the Gap stores here. How do you feel about the combination?

                 Lauren scott (left) and jennifer lawerence (right) got 
            caught wearing the same dress on the red carpet. Who 
            wore it better? This is a tough one due to both of them look
            stunning in the dress for different reasons. Usually there 
            is a winner but I can't decide on this one. What do you think?

  They both look drop-dead gorgeous and it's hard to decide who 

       wore it best. I might have to give it to Kim because she has to

          curves that look great in this dress and the style of her hair 

looks amazing.

                 (right) during the Chanel show... I am going with Blake 

                 Lively. I am not a huge fan of this dress in the first place

                 but I think the dress fits better on Blake and looks great

                 on her with the nude heels instead of flats.

                   Im Su Jeong, Yeum Jeong Ah, Kim So Eun and SNSD's

                Jessica all got caught wearing the same dress in the 

                span of 3 months. This is crazy having four people wear

               the same dress. I think Jessica looks cute in this dress 

               and it fits her body well; with the hair and shoes it looks

               great on her.

                         I was shocked to see all four of these celebrities 

                  wearing the same dress. From left to right: Rhianna, 

                  Paris Hilton, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and Demi Lovato.. 

                  who wore it best? This is hard since the all look great

                 and sexy in this dress. Rhianna probably looks the best 

                 but I like how Julia spiced it up with a black blazer and 

                 nude heels..I think that looks amazing.

            absolutely stunning in this dress. Katherine looks great

             but Selena looks sexy with the nude heels, shorter dress, 

            and long curly hair. I gave this to Selena Gomez.

                Same dress, different colors.. who wore it best? Juliette 

           Lewis, Scarlett Johansson or Christina Aguilera? My favorite 

          is probably Scarlett Johansson because I like the skinny black 

          belt added on the green dress with black heels.
